This Privacy Policy explains how Paullex, Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the ReviewX platform, including the website at https://reviewx.ai, the web application at https://app.reviewx.ai, the SMS link domain at https://sms.reviewx.ai, and the ReviewX Chrome extension, together with any related websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").

ReviewX processes mobile phone numbers and related messaging data in order to deliver messages on behalf of our business customers to their own customers or end users.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the sender and the sender’s use of ReviewX. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and opt-out data will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators, carriers, messaging providers, and service providers that support delivery of the messaging services.
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or opt-out data for third-party marketing purposes.
A business may choose to connect its Google Business Profile to ReviewX. When it does, and only with the permission granted on Google's consent screen, we access the following Google user data:
We use this data only to show the business its reviews in ReviewX, let it search and filter them, and post, edit, or delete its own replies at its request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except to the service providers that host and operate the Service, as needed to provide these features, or as required by law.
When a business disconnects its Google account, when Google withdraws or expires the access, when a different Google account is connected, or when the business account is deleted, we delete the tokens, the connected account details, the chosen location, and all saved reviews for that business.
ReviewX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The ReviewX Chrome extension lets signed-in users of a business send review requests from a side panel in the browser. It does not read, collect, or change the content of the web pages you visit, and it does not track your browsing.
The extension stores the following in your browser's extension storage, on your device: your sign-in session, your name and the businesses you belong to, the business you selected, and a short-lived copy of your business's message templates. It communicates only with the ReviewX service at api.reviewx.ai. Signing out removes this stored data.
Authorized ReviewX staff may access a business's account, including its data, only to help fix errors or to help finish setting up the account.
If a business asks ReviewX to look into a Google review it believes breaks Google's rules, ReviewX staff see the information the business provides with that request, such as a link to the review and the stated reason.
We use cookies and your browser's local storage only to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure — for example, a sign-in cookie that expires after seven days, and a short-lived cookie used while you connect a Google account.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not allow other companies to track your activity across other websites through the Service. Our sign-in page may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against automated abuse, and address search uses Google Maps; when they are used, Google may set its own cookies and process information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Because we do not track you across other websites, the Service does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

For SMS messages sent through ReviewX, recipients may opt out by replying STOP to applicable messages.
Emails sent through ReviewX include an unsubscribe link. An unsubscribe is honored for all businesses that use ReviewX, not only the business that sent the email.
The Service is operated from the United States, and information may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
